I was creating some "coupons" for a friend of mine. This is the template I created for the fronts and backs. Here are the blank ones though so you can make it into whatever you feel like.
I found these ideas online, a girlfriend had giver to her boyfriend. Maybe some good ideas are her for my husband. Comment with any ideas you may have created yourself for a husband, friend, or child.
